We consult, conclude agreements, represent in disputes regarding following matters:

We successfully represented the Client in the bankruptcy proceedings by explaining the bankruptcy administrator’s scheme (already after the liquidation of the company), through which the Client’s assets were misappropriated without the consent of the mortgage creditor, in violation of the interests of other creditors. The assets were returned to their original position.
